Internal Applications Developer
Overview
Corporate Tools is hiring an Internal Applications Developer to build amazing internal open source tools to benefit the employees of Corporate Tools. You will be a traditional company employee. This is a remote position, but if you’re near one of our local offices, you’re welcome to come hangout with us in-office as well. Our main offices are in Post Falls, ID, and Spokane, WA; we also have satellite offices in Austin, TX, and Salt Lake City, UT. You’ll be working 40 hours a week and, of course, enjoy great company benefits.
We recognize the unique blend of skills that individuals bring when they transition from one tech domain to another. We value the depth and breadth of knowledge that comes from starting in IT and moving into software development. Such individuals often bring a holistic approach to technology, understanding not just the code but the infrastructure it runs on. We are on the lookout for such an individual to join our dynamic team and help us bridge the worlds of IT and software development.

Why Work Here
You have worked in IT for a while and have realized that you really like coding, and that you can build some cool tools. You have pushed yourself to build crazy, and sometimes maybe even dumb tools just to see what they can do. You want to work in an environment where you get to do your work without your manager constantly looking over your shoulder. You get to be the even-keeled, go with the flow person that you want to be; you don’t need to change your personality just to be at work.
