Sales Manager
Overview:
Corporate Tools is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee a team of Sales Reps. Our sales managers inspire team members to engage and partner with potential clients in a consultative approach, understand client needs, emphasize the value of products and services, and provide solutions that solve their challenges. As a Sales Coach you will help your team reach their potential, challenge and accept ideas, and maintain fair and clear standards for their team to strive towards. Additionally, you are responsible for ongoing training, quality control, accountability to missed commitments, praise to achieving them, and creating a culture of trust that people are excited to be a part of.
This team fuels company growth by turning new inquiries into confident customers and celebrating wins together (yes, we love the leader board—but we also love customers who hang around). We’re looking for tech savvy, motivated self-starters with strong sales instincts, influential communication skills, and the drive to hit—and beat—sales goals, all while building trust, relationships, and the occasional “wow, that was actually a good sales experience.”
This is a brand new team we are putting together in our West Jordan office. You’ll onboard and train in-person, for at least the first 90 days. The first 90 days you will perform the duties of the front line employees and then be given your team. You will continue working in our office at least 2-3 days a week.

- Paid Parental Leave
- Up to 6% company matching 401(k) with no vesting period

- Open concept office with friendly coworkers
- Creative environment where you can make a difference
- No dumb benefits like free dog walking on the weekends that snobby hipster places have to make you feel cool, but mathematically won't cost the company much money because you won't use it

Why you might like this job:
You’ve probably been the person others naturally looked to when the numbers mattered—and when the energy dipped. You didn’t just lead the leaderboard, you quietly coached the people around you to climb it too. You hear a sales call and instinctively know where it could’ve gone better (and how to fix it without crushing someone’s confidence). You understand that tone, timing, and trust close deals—not pressure—and you’re just as focused on building people as you are on building pipeline.
