Digital Mail Associate
Overview
This isn’t about sorting envelopes or sticking stamps. It’s about handling critical digital documentation that keeps businesses legally compliant and operational.
Corporate Tools is hiring full-time Digital Mail Clerks to join our growing team. In this role, you will manage, verify, and audit digital mail and business documents that play a key role in regulatory compliance and communication with government agencies. You will also email clients daily to address account issues, clarify information, or verify their connection to specific documents.
The work you do won’t just support our clients. It will directly impact how their businesses are represented in official records.
Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, clear written communication skills, and an interest in how businesses interact with government systems through documentation, filings, and data.
“This job is coded as “Flex” which means the company does not currently require this position to be performed in office. All shifts are centered around regular business hours for Pacific Standard Time. If you are in a different time zone, you must adjust accordingly.

Why Work Here
You see typos on websites, blog posts, or signage and it bugs you. You notice inaccuracies in movies. You have an organized file structure on your home computer or phone. You can actually find a picture on your phone or computer if you need to. (And I’m not talking about scrolling for 25 minutes) You might organize your credit cards in your wallet and when you use them put them back where they belong. You vacuum your car when you get a car wash.
