Lease Administrator
Overview
Corporate Tools owns buildings across the country that not only support our internal teams, but we also lease open spaces to tenants. We’re searching for a Lease Administrator to join our growing Real Estate team who can keep it all running smoothly.
You'll manage our lease portfolio end to end: tracking every date and term, keeping tenant leads moving, helping market our available space, making sure rent actually gets collected, and keeping our internal real estate team from ever being surprised by a deadline. If you like bringing order to a portfolio, and you don't mind wearing a few different hats to do it, we'd like to meet you.

Responsibilities
- Track and manage lease terms, critical dates, and renewal options across the portfolio, and keep everything organized in our lease database and files
- Review lease billings (CAM, tax, insurance, and other operating expenses) and resolve discrepancies with tenants or vendors
- Prepare renewal notices, amendments, and lease correspondence, and support negotiations alongside our internal real estate team
- Manage inbound tenant leads, leasing pipeline, and marketing for our available spaces
- Own rent collection. Invoicing tenants, following up on late payments, and keeping accounts current
- Coordinate with Accounting, Legal, and Property Managers on lease approvals, payments, and related questions
- Report on key lease terms, deadlines, rent status, and leasing activity for leadership, and support due diligence as we grow into new states
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in lease administration, property management, or a similar real estate role. Ideally including tenant relationships or rent collection, not just paperwork
- Strong working knowledge of commercial lease language (CAM, TI allowances, rent rolls) and comfort reading and interpreting legal documents
- Experience managing a leasing pipeline and vacant space marketing, plus handling rent collection or accounts receivable
- Highly organized, with a proven ability to track many moving deadlines and workstreams across a large, growing portfolio
- Fluency in technology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and a self-starter mindset that doesn't need much hand-holding
Why Work Here
Some people find spreadsheets and legal documents tedious. You find them satisfying. You're the person who actually enjoys knowing exactly where things stand... which lease renews next, which tenant lead needs a follow-up, and which rent payment is late.
You won't be the one closing the big deal, but nothing happens without you. You're the reason our internal real estate team can move fast and trust that nothing's falling through the cracks behind them. If staying two steps ahead of a growing, slightly unconventional portfolio sounds like your kind of challenge, this could be a perfect fit!
