Desktop Support

Overview:

The Desktop Support position is a crucial part of our team and will be the first point of contact for incoming questions and issues related to our computers and their systems. This person will also troubleshoot problem areas for our in-office staff, and our remote staff in a timely and accurate fashion to provide end-user resolution. This is an in-office, full-time, Monday-Friday, day shift position.

Wage:

$20 an hour

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical problems
  • Provide end-user assistance
  • Setting up new employee workstations
  • Tracking inventory
  • Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, upgrade hardware and software systems

Requirements:

  • Passion for IT
  • Eager to learn
  • High interpersonal skills
  • Previous desktop support
  • Ability to communicate well verbally and written
  • Previous experience with network devices preferred
  • Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire, and to become fully-vaccinated within three weeks after date of hire, to be considered for the job.
