Overview:

Corporate Tools is hiring in-house, onsite Account Representatives in Post Falls Idaho. This is a non-traveling position where you’ll work at our office during normal business hours taking special care of a group of clients that will soon find you as their trusted ally in running a business.

You will be taking care of some of our best clients, which in turn typically means our nicest clients to work with. They will expect you to understand corporate formalities better than they do. They will soon find you to be a valuable resource and a logistical solution to getting through business formalities.

Wage:

$18.50 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Answer 50+ phone calls a day for your accounts about starting and maintaining a business
  • Answer 50+ emails a day for your accounts
  • Help customer support team if needed
  • Help mail team process documents if needed

Requirements:

  • Ability to treat others with respect
  • Willingness to be trained
  • Desire to learn
  • Patience
  • Type at least 50 words per minute
  • Basic computer skills
