Front-End Web Development Intern
Overview:
Corporate Tools is offering a Front-End Web Development Internship. This position is required to be in-office and is Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week, located in our Spokane, WA office with some days working out of our Post Falls, ID office.
As a Front-End Web Development intern you will be working in an environment where you’ll be regularly encouraged to learn new tasks, to think differently about websites. We aren’t an agency, so the websites you help launch are a piece of a live business. You will be working with a group of front-end web developers that come from a wide range of backgrounds to make those websites happen. The goal of those websites is to make our customers lives a bit easier.
We are looking for self-starter individuals who have a basic understanding of web development from their current time in school or program and want to learn more in a hands-on experience. Yes, we want someone who will research and get things started, but also understands they have a team around them to help when things become challenging. The weekly stand-ups, working on various projects, experiencing different areas of web development are just some areas you can expect to be exposed to. Most of all the projects you will be working on will help our teams put our best foot forward and create a great user experience.
Duration: The internship will be 12 weeks, May 27th – August 14th.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wage:
$25/hr
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Are at least a sophomore in college and majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. We are also bootcamp friendly as well!
- Have school or personal web development-related projects you can share with us.
- Familiar with HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
- Experience using WordPress is preferred.
- You bring some weird or quirky new aspect of living and humanity to our workforce.
- Will be available for all 12 weeks of the internship duration.
- Have an understanding of agile work environments.
