You know that feeling when you’ve been doing the same thing for too long, and your brain starts melting? Yeah. At Corporate Tools, we’re not into that. Around here, growth isn’t a perk; it’s baseline survival. And honestly, it’s way more fun that way.

We pride ourselves on having people who want to get sharper. Funnier. Smarter. More capable. More dangerous, but in a healthy, People-Ops-approved way.

Training, but like… Useful

Shoving our employees, new or old in a conference room for eight hours with slides they’ll forget by lunch is definitely not our idea of useful training. We build workshops that actually hit home. Things you can use tomorrow, not “one day when management allows innovation.”

Our Training Crew exists for one reason: helping you move from who you are to who you want to be.

Designer? Cool. Leader? Love it. Project-wrangler-chaos-tamer? Even better. We’re consistently adding new sections of courses when existing ones fill up, and we’re always creating new courses when there is a call for them.

Then there are our Self-Development Guides. These detailed guides include everything you need to get to where you see your future self. Built by our hiring managers, they’re customized to help you prepare for your next career move, whenever you’re ready.

And if that wasn’t enough, yes, we run a monthly book club. It’s half nerdy, half therapy, and honestly, way more fun than anyone expected. Titles that help you become a better colleague, leader, or creator make up our monthly meetings.

You Don’t Have to Stay in Your Lane

Choosing a career path shouldn’t feel like getting married. You’re allowed to change your mind. We love when our people try new things, learn things, and wander into new jobs because something sparked. If a role opens up and you’ve got the chops? Let’s go. For what it’s worth, half of our leadership started somewhere completely different. Growth is weird like that.

Just honest humans being honest.

Three times a year, you sit down with your leader, not “boss” — that is so 1999 — and actually unpack things. What’s working. What’s not. What you’re dreaming about. What you’re avoiding. This is your chance to align what you’re doing with where you’re going. We want you to know what success looks like to us, and we want to know what success looks like to you.
